Dear Friends,

What you have in your hands is a manuscript of an automatic writing that took place following the transition of my cat, Sugar, or Sugar Pie, as he was affectionately known to his friends. The day after he left his body, my lap top came out and the writing began.

With the exception of minor editing of typos, misspellings, double letters, etc., it has not been edited or reorganized. A limited first edition of one hundred and eight signed (by the channel) copies of this manuscript have been issued.

Eight years ago I rescued Sugar Pie, unweaned, scrawny and bloated with starvation, and brought him back with me from the Arkansas outback. He was probably the strongest presence in our house throughout his lifetime. He was much loved and, even though we can tell ourselves that it was just his cat-body that left us, he is terribly missed.

I don’t know who Sugar really was/is, but he was someone very special pretending to be a cat in this life. There were undeniable indications of an elevated individual consciousness present within his little cat-body. Much of his behavior was not consistent with cat behavior. He took baths, rode in the truck and the car, walked on a lead, rode on my shoulder and had an attention span beyond that of most humans. He liked everyone and was afraid of nothing; he was completely accessible and could make better personal contact and send more love and affection than most humans.

This manuscript will be printed “as is” (it will not get organized or seriously edited) and sold in book form on the internet at our web site. Please visit us at: www.DrTerryPreston.com. Sugar Pie’s Book of Joy can be found in the Metaphysical Mall if you care to inform your friends.

Enjoy (In Joy) !
